Photo Packages are purchased separately by Parents and/or gallery recipients.


Packages begin at $40 for basic, digital only access. With chances for early ordering discounts.


All subjects receive 3 - 5 different image poses.

FAQ

 

How does picture day work from start to finish?

Once we confirm your date, I handle the full picture day setup onsite - including lighting, backdrop, and flow. After photo day, parents receive private online galleries to view and order directly. This keeps the process simple for staff while still offering families a boutique-style experience.

Do you handle parent orders and payments?

Yes. I will supply you with an initial flyer to share with the parents. From there its up to them to contact me and, if they want, to pre-pay for their desired photo packages. All parent orders are placed through secure online galleries, so there's no money handling, order forms, or follow-up required from your team. You're free to focus on your day while I take care of the rest.

how much time should we plan for on picture day?

Timing depends on the number of children and the type of organization, but I'll help you plan a smooth schedule that works around your routines. My process is designed to move efficiently while still giving each child individual attention. To give a "for now" answer, I try to block 5 minutes for each person, sometimes more when younger kids are involved, or when special accommodations need to be made.
